Somewhere along the way, “just replace it” got treated as the only option for anything that looked worn. A good part of the job was showing people it wasn’t.
Where This Comes From
Tile and grout is a strange trade. The tile is durable and easy, and then there’s this porous material packed between every piece that quietly holds onto everything and drives homeowners crazy.
