The command’s Fitness Enhancement Program (FEP) is designed to improve the fitness and health of Active Duty Navy Sailors.
The Command Fitness Office (CFO) provides physical training opportunities and links Sailors to nutrition and weight management
programs to assist them to improve readiness and Physical FitnessAssessment score
Who can attend?
1. Active Duty Navy Sailors participating in FEP and those at risk for PFA failure.

FEP Physical Training (PT)
FEP PT is an excellent way to improve your fitness level in a group atmosphere alongside your peers. You will have theopportunity to:
1. Build endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
2. Help you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.
3. Tone muscles and build strength.
4. Manage stress and relax while getting a full body workout.
FEP Swim
FEP Swim is an excellent way to get your heart rate up while taking the impact of stress off of your body. While increasing your energy levels you will achieve greater health while supporting your body and decreasing your risk of disease.
You will have an opportunity to:
1. Build endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
2. Help you maintain a healthy weight, health heart and lungs.
3. Tone muscles and builds strength.
4. De-stress and relax while getting a full body workout.
FEP Run
FEP Run is an excellent way to improve your fitness level by joining your peers for a group-led run. You will have an opportunity to:
1. Build endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
2. Help you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.
3. Be introduced to new running courses to build your interest in running for exercise.
4. Manage stress and relax while working out.
